The
Villa comfortably accommodates up to 6, but for
larger groups requiring the use of a sofa bed you
may be asked to pay an extra charge - this may be
waived for a family with young children.
Deposit
Payable is 25% of the full rental sum, payable
upon signing of the booking form
Full balance (along with Security deposit) is
payable 10 weeks before arrival or otherwise in
full if booking is within that period Security
Deposit is
£125 (or otherwise US$200)
Please note that rates are fully inclusive of all
charges (Electricity/Water etc) & Resort Tax.
